Kelly started her real estate career in 2015. In that first year, she sold 26 homes, earned Rookie of The Year in her market center, and wass honored as the runner-up for the Rookie of The Year in the entire Carolinas Region. In 2016, Kelly hired a transaction coordinator, started Wodzinski Homes Team, and sold 54 homes, earning the #1 spot as the top producing single sales agent in her market center. Since then, Kelly has hired her first buyer's agent, Brelin Menard, and they continue to hold strong as the #1 team in the Mooresville market center. Going Above and Beyond for EVERY client is their promise, and they deliver every time. Helping people is their passion, and it's evident in their great reputation in the community.
